Outage on the Update Center with 404-502 errors

Multiple issues opened such as https://github.com/jenkins-infra/helpdesk/issues/4427 or https://github.com/jenkins-infra/helpdesk/issues/4428.

Remediation consisted in cordonning and draining the Kubernetes nodes to bypass the CSI SMB/CIFS errors causing the outage. Long term fix has been applied the 29 Nov.: see https://github.com/jenkins-infra/helpdesk/issues/4402 for details.
