[close issue] We were able to fix the configuration of the service to a fine tuned value. Closing the incident after 24 hours without issues.

[Open Issue] The service https://updates.jenkins.io is experimenting flakiness with a lot of HTTP timeouts. We are searching the source of trouble and we’ll keep you informed.
